Damages and Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at info@witchteessalem.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
